This two-person exhibition in the Academic Gallery and Grace Community Gallery considers the poetics contained within the declaration: "Til death do us part." As both the afterlife itself and the face of the beloved lie beyond the veil, these paintings and photographs consider the overlapping relationships between the sensual, the sacramental, the accidental, and the absent as manifest in bygone faces, places, and objects.
